February 2010 UpdateThe turnaround in the Kansas City real estate market during October & November 2009 was short-lived, as I predicted.  It has temporary life because of the extension of the tax credits through April 30th.  

The economy continues to languish.  Interest rates are rising.  At this moment, there are 12+ homes on the market for every buyer, making this a strong buyer's market.   But guess what?   Buyers don't buy very much in a buyer's market because they are afraid of making a mistake.   Only those homes that are of tremendous value get sold.   I can help you get your home in tip-top shape, which in turn leads to a successful sale.
